If you are planning trip to Dubai, one of the most luxurious cities you must comply with the Dubai entry requirements before you starting your trip. Any traveler who does not meet the entry requirements will not be allowed to board the airplane. Dubai can be reach by air via two airports.

Dubai Al Maktoum International Airport (DWC), also known as Dubai World Central, which is located in Jebel Ali, 37 kilometers (23 mi) southwest of Dubai.

Check to see whether you need a visa. Depending on your nationality, you will be able to get a visa on arrival, or you must apply for the visa prior to your trip. Check does you need the visa.

All passengers arriving in Dubai must meet the following requirements:

All passengers flying to Dubai from any point of origin (including GCC countries) must have a negative COVID19 PCR test certificate for a test taken no more than 72 hours before departure.

The certificate must be a (PCR) test. Antibody tests and home testing kits are not approved in Dubai. To check in, passengers must carry a written certificate in English or Arabic – SMS and digital certificates are not approved. The certificate must be issued by a local government approved laboratory accredited to issue PCR test certificates. This excludes children under the age of 12 and passengers who have a moderate or severe disability.

Passengers transiting through Dubai

Passengers transiting through Dubai from the countries mentioned below must present a negative COVID19 PCR test certificate for a test taken no more than 72 hours prior to departure, as well as meet any requirements imposed by their final destination.

Afghanistan, Angola, Argentina, Bahrain, Brazil, Cambodia, Chile, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Djibouti, Egypt, Eritrea, Ethiopia, Georgia, Ghana, Guinea, Hungary, Indonesia, Iran, Iraq, Israel, Ivory Coast, Jordan, Kenya, Kuwait, Lebanon, Malta, Moldova, Montenegro, Morocco, Myanmar, Nepal, Nigeria, Oman, Poland, Philippines, Qatar, Romania, Rwanda, Russia, Senegal, Slovakia, Somaliland, Somalia, South Sudan, Sudan, Syria, Tajikistan, Tanzania, Tunisia, Turkey, Turkmenistan, Uganda, Ukraine, Uzbekistan, Vietnam, Zambia, Zimbabwe.

Passengers from all other countries do not need a COVID-19 PCR exam to transit in Dubai unless their final destination needs it.
